Marc Kermisch
Marc Kermisch’s is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. Marc views his role as an enabler, ensuring that Red Wing Shoes is able to maximize its market position and scale to meet customer demands. Marc works hard to bring together all aspects of the organization from marketing, manufacturing, finance, product design, sales, customer experience and retail operations to develop the technology solutions our company requires. He is most excited about our retail expansion across our channels from our stores to our Industrial business.
Prior to joining Red Wing Shoe Company in 2014, Kermisch spent 7 years at Target Corporation. During his tenure at Target, Mr. Kermisch held various roles from Application Development and Infrastructure Operations to Security Operations and Program Management. Marc comes to Red Wing Shoes with experience in Public Utilities, Financial Services, High-Tech Software, Manufacturing and Retail.
Marc graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He currently resides in Maple Grove, MN and his hobbies include competitive cycling, cross country skiing and traveling. Marc is married and has a daughter and two dogs.
